Incoming DM automation

Routine incoming text can receive an AI reply within 24 hours. Sensitive questions, attachments and opt-outs stop for human review. Muse can inspect status and pause creators.

AI-generated replies use OpenAI. Production activation requires nine verified message subscriptions, owner approval of this policy, Meta production eligibility and a controlled delivery test. Follow-to-DM is not enabled.

AI reply setup

The key is encrypted on the server and is never returned to Muse. Connecting runs one sample cookbook request through OpenAI. AI calls reserve $0.01 each, then settle against token usage, with a $2 initial AI usage ceiling. This does not activate DMs.


Reply campaigns
YES and emoji triggers require a specific post. Drafting a campaign does not enable sending. New content needs owner approval.


Delivery controls
Meta webhooks deliver new comments. The service sends only the exact approved response after verifying the comment and its post.
One reply per person per day. Replies start on webhook arrival, with one in-flight send per creator and a maximum of 60 replies per hour. Uncertain outcomes stop for review.
Live activation is owner-only after all nine subscriptions and production eligibility have been verified. No credentials are exposed to Muse.
